Shipping and Returns Policy
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We do charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items. Items must arrive to us in original packaging, unopened, and in new condition before credit will be issued. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted. All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). To obtain an RMA number call 269-324-4190 with your order number and reason for your return. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay return shipping.
Once we have received your return and have inspected the items returned, only then will we issue credit. Please all 3-5 business days once we have received the item to process the return. This does not include transit time of shipping and bank processing of your refund if return is approved.
Damaged or missing content
If you package arrives with damaged items or missing content please contact us at 269-324-4190 or by email within 5 business days of delivery. Any claims made after that time can not be honored.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping to AK, HI, and PR
Items are generally shipped to these locations via USPS Priority Mail. USPS does not guarantee transit time and Parcel Post can take up to several weeks to AK, HI, and PR. FedEx Service is available but is generally quite a bit more expensive. Boat and Barge shipments for palletized orders are available. Call for a quote. Perishable items and beneficial insects cannot ship to these locations.
Some products do have manufacturer warranties. We accept no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise for any manufacturer's warranty. If you have a warranty issue, we will be happy to help you facilitate the return or repair. If we process the return for you, we will not issue money or product until the manufacture credits us first for the item returned. NO WARRANTY ON BULBS.
